Upon arrival, please check your package immediately to ensure all cheeses and hampers have arrived in perfect condition and at the correct temperature.

If you notice any damage or discrepancies, please email our Snowdonia support team within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Our experts will review your claim and the provided images to determine if the product meets our strict quality standards or if a replacement is required.
