How should I store my Snowdonia cheese once it arrives?
To maintain the best quality, we recommend storing your cheese in the refrigerator between 1°C and 5°C. Once opened, keep the cheese wrapped in its original wax or parchment paper and consume within the timeframe indicated on the label.
Is the wax coating on the cheese edible?
The colorful wax coating is designed to preserve the moisture and flavor of our cheese while it matures. While it is food-safe, it is not intended for consumption and should be peeled away before eating.
How do you ensure the cheese stays fresh during shipping?
We use temperature-controlled, insulated packaging and ice packs for all deliveries. This ensures your cheese remains at the optimal temperature from our creamery to your doorstep.
Are your cheeses suitable for vegetarians?
Yes, all Snowdonia Cheese Company products are made using microbial rennet, making our entire range of chutneys and cheeses suitable for vegetarians.
What is your return policy for perishable food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the quality, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
